Climate Change is not a game!😤
…it is now.
Welcome to the satirical boardgame about the most serious topic of our times.
What’s the idea?
This Substack is a place where we can pursue the wider purpose of our board game - to inspire, inform and amuse people in an attempt to save our planet from ourselves. A board game is not going to stop climate change. But it’s a place where we can use creativity, humour and play to engage with this scary and complicated issue in a novel way. And we hope that by doing so, we raise a smile and point the way to a future that is more just and sustainable.

Learn, laugh and be surprised
This newsletter aims to amuse, inform and inspire. We’ll share some of the best content we find online - articles and podcasts - and explore it in more detail. We’ll draw surprising connections and point the curious towards where they can find out more, or how you can participate in positive actions that create social and environmental benefits.
Join the conversation
Thanks to Substack’s different features, you can talk directly to us and to other subscribers. We want this to be a forum for debate, discussion and learning. We prioritise civility and mutual respect.
Support a noble enterprise
We (James and Bruno) started side hustling this game before any host of the Apprentice became the most powerful person in the world. We’ve poured hundreds of hours of time into it, and significant financial resources too. Even if you don’t want to buy the game, by subscribing for free and sharing this Substack you’re helping us to bring the game to life. And for that we thank you.
Hassle free
You won’t have to worry about missing anything. Every new edition of the newsletter goes directly to your inbox. If you don’t like lots of emails, you can turn off that setting (use the app) and just visit us through the Substack app or website. And you can unsubscribe at any time with a single click (maybe two).
